I am disappointed in the part of the transaction of a used vehicle after delivery. I explained to the salesperson A K during the test drive the brakes were not smooth and there was some vibration. There is concern of a safety issue with the brakes and I am getting the run around. I have contacted the Salesperson A J. a couple of times and no resolution. I called and left messages with the voicemail to have the General Manager, A.J. I told them about the brakes on the test drive and the salesperson assured me he would have it taken care of. This is a safety issue and it is not okay that there has been days and nothing has been resloved despite my follow ups.

So it came time to buy a new car and I thought since Hamden Chevrolet was right up the road I’d see what they had. I looked online at the cars they had and set up an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Andy, he asked a few questions and before I knew it he had the car I was interested in pulled up and said let’s go on a drive and see if it fits your needs. After the test drive we talked numbers and felt no pressure to buy which helped me decided to buy the car. Talked to Andy as we signed paperwork, what a great guy. After finished with Andy went off to finance department, as I was sitting there Andy came to check on me and said to me the finance guy is trying to get me the best option and not to worry they are working for me. That really stood out to me, normally buying a car the dealership was trying to get max profit I didn’t feel that at this dealership. Then I was greeted by the finance guy Arin who told me he has been trying to find me the best financing through all the different financial institutions. While waiting in the lounge I noticed him in his office on and off the phone and typing like a mad man so I did feel he was truly trying to meet my financial needs. Arin and I went over all my options and suggested what he thought would work for me. Together we figured it out and signed paperwork while cracking jokes then we were done. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership from start to finish just amazing. I truly appreciate the time these guys put into making this an amazing experience. And the next day Andy called me to make sure everything was ok. Thank you so much for making my new ride truly special.

Didn’t help at all is a shame I had to go out of state

Emailed dealership about the availability of a vehicle and they never responded to the email.

They said we were approved at the dealer after being there for 4 hours and said we can pick up the car the next day. When we went to pick it up they said we were not approved and wanted more.

they contacted me in actively manner. they answered all my questions. In the end I found a car closer to home.
